What if I can't be home when you show up?
Tell us in the software where you are leaving your laundry. Examples of places are on the porch, the back porch, the unlocked garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager. Tell us where it is and we'll find it.
What kind of detergent do you use?
You can select between a brand-name detergent and a hypo-allergenic soap.
Can I state my preferences?
There is a place in the software where you can tell us how you would like us to wash your clothes. Examples are cold water, hang up to dry, hang up collared shirts, etc. Tell us how you like your laundry done and we will perfect it.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens if I go on a vacation?
You can put the information in the software that you will be away on a certain date and when you want us to reschedule. You can also always give us a call at 385-215-9073 or email us at support@kleanwaylaundry.com
What if I want to stop the service?
There is no contract and if for any reason you want to discontinue, you can do so.
What is the turnaround time?
We always get your laundry back to you the very next day!
Do you send out reminders?
We will email or text you the night before and we will also text you at the stop before yours to let you know that we are on our way to your home.
